Welcome to Ector County ISD’s Facility Usage Website!

We are excited to offer an easy, online method to reserve a facility at one of our schools.  This program will allow you to choose the site you are interested in and setup options to make sure your event is perfectly coordinated at one of the district’s facilities. Please follow the link on the top right to register and enter a request.

All information entered is secure and approved online.  Please note it is important that you submit your request with plenty of time (at least 10 days before the event). This is so that if there are any questions to answer or you need to provide documentation we have time to review. Keep in mind that for all facility rentals a custodian is needed an hr. before an an hr. after. Also, some spaces will require more approvals than others, i.e. Athletic Facilities, so those will take longer to approve.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL ASSOCIATED FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF EACH EVENT. THE PERSON PAYING FOR THE FEES MUST BE THE ONE SUBMITTING THE REQUEST, I.E. BOOSTERS, CLUBS, PTA.  Please be clear as to who is responsible for payment.  

If your event runs longer than what the request was for, additional fees will be charged.

Once submitted and approved, a notification is sent to you to “Accept the Terms and Conditions” and once you accept and provide payment information if any is required, your request is officially approved.

Ector County Independent School District welcomes the use of District facilities by outside organizations/groups. However, such use of District facilities shall not be permitted when it interferes with the educational programs of any campus or District-scheduled activities - including facility maintenance and/or repair projects.

Ector County ISD is a tax-supported, non-profit organization established to serve the students and youth residing within the boundaries of the District. Therefore, tiers have been created to differentiate among the various organizations/groups (such as non-profit youth sports, for-profit organizations and civic groups, etc.) and the fees which each is charged.

For the purpose of facility rentals, preference is given when at least 85% percent of the participants are Ector County ISD students. Rosters must be provided upon request. Examples of preferred organizations include Youth Football Leagues/Pop Warner, YMCA, and the Boys and Girls Club.

For the purpose of facility rentals, Out of Season Athletic Participation includes Ector County ISD secondary student-based organizations participating in out-of-season athletic contests such as 7-on-7 and West Texas Baseball Leagues.
